Dear Sirs,
We refer to Sales Contract No. π₩&578 covering the purchase o€☆πf 200 tons of flour.
We telexed you on May 17 informing y♠≥ou that the consignment arrived on April 20→♠ ♣. But we are compelled to lodge a claim w±£§ith you for the short ®δweight.
On inspection, we found that 180 bags ha ¥♥☆d burst and that the contents estimated at 9,000↔↔♣ kg had been irretrievabl¥✔y lost. We proceeded to₩λ have a survey report made. The repor↔®t has now confirmed our initial findings. The ✘γ report indicates that t>φαΩhe loss was due to the use of •π"↕substandard bags for which yoδ£u, the suppliers, are responsi♣ble.
